If I order by fax, how do I pay for my order?
Badgeland will fax back a firm price quote and payment form very quickly. You may use the form to pay by credit card, check by fax, or purchase order (if you have an established credit account). Of course, you're always welcome to mail your payment, too. If you call to let us know it's on the way, we may be able to speed up your order, without waiting for the mail.
What is the normal lead time for orders?
Most of our industrial products (electrical plates, panel tags, etc.), as well as name badges & desk plates have a one-day turnaround time (may vary, depending on our workload). Most other items are shipped within 2-3 business days. If you have a large order which will require extensive production time, we'll let you know when we anticipate your order to ship.
What if I need an item, color, or size that's not listed on your site?
Contact us! It's impossible to know every customer's needs, and our website only has a small sampling of available products.
We're happy to provide you with pricing on all of your engraving needs.
Are discounts available on large orders?
Definitely! Please contact us to see if your order qualifies for discount pricing (usually orders greater than $500)
